Kaley Cuoco has ditched her married name just a little over a week after she announced her divorce from tennis pro Ryan Sweeting.

While attending the Longines Masters event in Los Angeles, Calif. on Friday, Cuoco posted a photo of her place card and Sweeting was noticeably absent from her name. During last week's episode of "The Big Bang Theory," which the 29-year-old actress stars in, her name still read Kaley Sweeting in the credits, according to Us Weekly. She has requested that her name be legally restored in the divorce and she's wasted no time making this change herself.

"She was in good spirits, relaxing and joking with friends," an onlooker told People. Judging by her Instagram, she had a great time at the event. "Can't wait to play this weekend!!" she captioned one photo of herself and some pals. "I had a lovely time at the #longines gala last night," she captioned another photo of herself looking stunning in a little black dress.

Cuoco and Sweeting split after just 21 months of marriage. Things seemed fine to the public eye, but apparently, Sweeting had been abusing alcohol and prescription pills, and Cuoco just couldn't put up with it anymore.

"She didn't want to get divorced, but felt she had no choice," a source told Contact Music. "She couldn't fix him. He wasn't the man she thought he was. He was clean when she met him and honest about past troubles, but then he'd relapse. She got tired of the ups and downs. She supported him, but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober."

Another friend revealed in the latest issue of Us Weekly that Cuoco was "so down about any kind of future relationship" and that she was completely "devastated," according to Hollywood Life. "She can't believe this is happening," they explained to the magazine. "She really did think it would be forever."
