National Coffee Day: Best Coffee Shops On TV

Every great TV show needs a place for its characters to talk about the latest town gossip or relationship disaster and these conversations usually take place at the local coffee shop.

To celebrate National Coffee Day, HNGN has put together a list of the best coffee shops on TV. The characters on shows like "Friends" and "Gilmore Girls" needed a caffeine fix in nearly every episode and they had one place where they knew the coffee was always brewing.

Many of the coffee shops featured are from shows that have gone off the air as it seems more and more TV characters are drinking their coffee on the run. They're grabbing a cup from a vendor on the street ("We are Happy to Serve You") or their heating up a pot in the break room.

So enjoy the good ol' days of chatting on oversized couches or diner counters all with a hot cup of coffee in hand.
