Real Madrid turned down a massive transfer offer from Paris Saint-Germain for their star player Cristiano Ronaldo this past Summer, according to Bleacher Report. The official offer for Ronaldo was £110 million, which is a hefty amount of the 30-year old star, regardless of his playing ability at the moment.

Even though Madrid rejected the huge offer from PSG, there is hope for the move to go through come next summer, according to Globe Esporte.

The reports that Ronaldo is considering a move away from the La Liga giant is not surprising, especially when it came out several months ago that Ronaldo was looking into a move to MLS, according to MLSSoccer.com. This move to MLS is projected for 2018 unless something changes in the near future for David Beckham's Miami club or LA Galaxy.

Ronaldo is a man that loves to be in the spotlight and make hefty amounts of cash on top of that. If he considers himself to be a top player in the world next Summer, a move to PSG for anything over £60 million is almost a guarantee.

Fans of MLS wish Ronaldo would bring his talents to the United States, however, that type of move is not going to happen for at least two more seasons at minimum. Ultimately, Ronaldo want's to win as many championships possible and keep pace with Lionel Messi, so a move to MLS is doubtful for quite some time.
