Marques Houston received a death threat from a member of Chris Brown's crew after leaving an innocent comment on a picture Karrueche Tran posted on Instagram Thursday flaunting her assets in a black thong bikini, according to E!.

The comment didn't go down well with one of Chris Brown's friends, who decided to respond by sending Houston a death threat (which has since been taken down).Wackstar posted a picture of two guns accompanied with a warning. "N---as sho no how to disrespect, I don't care if they not still together," he wrote, along with a hashtag of Marques's initials, Hollywood Life reported.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown commented on a post showing the butt pic alongside Houston's comment, making a reference to his famous role in the film "Sister, Sister." "Go Home Rodger!!," he wrote.
Brown posted a cryptic tweet amid the controversy, saying how wished there was still an "us."
"Don't know who you are anymore. I wish there was still an 'us'. I love who I love. Take nothing for granted," he wrote.
Brown and Tran split up in March after she discovered that he had fathered a child with model Nia Guzman, as HNGN previously reported.
