Chris Brown is no stranger to tattoos, but his latest may be his most obvious, and possibly his most painful, even though he doesn't exactly seem too phased by the process.

The 26-year-old singer's newest ink is of a Greek goddess on the back of his head, according to TMZ. It turns out it's not just any Greek goddess, though, but Venus de Milo. The tattoo is of just the head of the goddess, who has a famous statue is in the Louvre Museum.

Brown posted a photo of the tattoo to his Instagram, but later deleted it for unknown reasons, according to Hollywood Life. One blogger did grab a screenshot before the post was deleted though. "#onehellofanight #legendarynights #OHB do what you want and if you aint wit the bandwagon you will be soon #Keepit100," Brown captioned the photo.

The tattoo was done by New York tattoo artist King Rico, according to Page Six. King Rico posted a photo of himself and Brown, showing off his work. "Just on the homie @chrisbrownofficial It was a pleasure to tatt the new King of Pop and watch him put together another record in front of my," he captioned the photo. "Dude is a genius. Blessed and Thankful."

Tattoo artist Keith Tattooz, who took the photo, posted it to his own Instagram writing, "Late night early morning grinding hard with the big bro @iamkingrico who's just finish killing this piece on the back of @chrisbrownofficial head."
