The mother of Chris Brown's daughter, Nia Guzman, filed court papers and asked for supervised visitation when the singer is with their daughter Royalty. Guzman, who gave birth to the girl last year, supposedly does not trust Brown to be alone with Royalty, according to Gossip Cop. She is also demanding full custody.

Brown filed his own paperwork, and was seeking to establish paternity in an effort to fight for joint custody, but so far the judge has made no ruling, reported TMZ. Brown said Guzman's latest legal maneuver was to get more child support from him. Brown already pays $10,000 a month in child support, $5,000 less than what Guzman requested.

Guzman's attempt to retain full custody of Royalty and to limit Brown's access to his daughter reportedly stems from her belief that Brown is too irresponsible to care for the child, and that he and his friends all have substance-abuse issues, according to the Daily Mail.

News of Brown's daughter surfaced in March when Royalty was already 9 months old, according to Us Weekly. Brown publicly confirmed he was Royalty's father with an Instagram post in April. His then-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, reportedly broke up with the singer because of it.
