Fans were treated to the first full-length trailer for Zack Snyder's "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" earlier this month at San Diego Comic-Con. The trailer gave viewers their first glimpse at Lex Luthor, the body of General Zod, and another classic DC villain you may not have recognized.

At first glance, Lutho's spectacled co-worker appears to be a nobody as she walks the halls of Lexcorp. But Warner Bros. and DC have officially revealed her to be Mercy Graves.

Graves has typically been depicted as Luthor's personal assistant and chauffeur, but don't let the nonchalant exterior fool you. She's also a deadly fighter and the perfect bodyguard for Luthor. The character debuted in "Superman: The Animated Series" before getting some page time in the comics and appearances in other animated adventures such as "Young Justice."

In fact, Graves even takes over Lexcorp for an imprisoned Luthor in certain storylines, proving she has both brains and brawns. She's an important foe not to be taken lightly by the Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader. Hopefully, Snyder will give her role some weight in the DC Cinematic Universe.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
