Kendall and Kylie Jenner please sit down.

The audience at the Billboard Music Awards initially cheered when the Jenner sisters took the stage to introduce their brother-in-law Kanye West on Sunday, but it quickly dissipated into a roar of boos inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The girls held their own against the tough crowd and praised West as a "great artist, a friend, an inspiration, a brother and now, a doctor." Noticeably, Kylie did most of the talking after Kendall struggled to read the teleprompter at last year's awards ceremony while trying to introduce 5 Seconds of Summer.

Following his medley performance of "All Day" and "Black Skinhead," West also received a mix of cheers and boos. ABC censors bleeped out most of his fiery performance due to his overuse of the N-word. Rolling Stone calculated that viewers only heard 4 minutes and 16 seconds of his 5 minutes and 18 second set.
