Miley Cyrus Tells Justin Bieber To Take A Break: 'He's Still Stupid ... He's Done Dumb Stuff'

Miley Cyrus, who has been living under the Hollywood spotlight ever since landing a role on the Disney Channel hit "Hannah Montana" in 2006, has some advice for fellow teen sensation Justin Bieber about growing up in the public eye.

"I told Justin to take a bit of time out and people aren't so obsessed with you," Cyrus said in an interview with U.K. publication, The Sun. "When you're not around, all they want is your music. They want to see what the next thing is. But when your music is out, they just want to talk sh*t about you."

The advice comes as Bieber continues to make headlines for bizarre behavior.

"He's still stupid though. But everyone does dumb stuff when they are messed up, and he's done dumb stuff," the 20-year-old starlet. "If it was your friend pissing into a mop box then you would be laughing, but because it's Justin Bieber, then it's really bad,"

Just last week Bieber was accused of allegedly spitting in a man's face at an Ohio nightclub because he thought the man had taken photos of him with his phone. Being that it was a 21-and-over club, the 20-year-old singer was reportedly worried about the pics getting out in the press.

Cyrus also gave Bieber advice on how to handle any negative media attention, admitting that she always tells him to "just be cool and not talk about it because when you talk it fuels the fire."

Bieber has ignored this advice in the past, always actively posting on Twitter and Instagram about his struggles with the press.

"Everyone in my team has been telling me, 'keep the press happy,' but I'm tired of all the countless lies in the press right now," he wrote in a 300-word Instagram post back in March after rumors circulated he was entering rehab.

"LOL. I'm 19 with 5 number one albums, 19 and I've seen the whole world," he wrote. "19 and I've accomplished more than I could've ever dreamed of. I'm 19 and it must be scary to some people to think that this is just the beginning."
