Netflix has another original hit series on its hands. Add "Bloodline" to the growing list of acclaimed shows, which includes "House of Cards," "Orange Is the New Black" and "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," that the streaming service owns.

The first season of "Bloodline" hasn't even been available to watch for two weeks and it already has been renewed for a second season, the show's Twitter account announced.

Along with the photo above, the show's account simply wrote "It's only the beginning..." which is fitting based on the cryptic, thrilling feeling the show emanates.

The crime series revolves around the prestigious Rayburn family, who run a small community in the Florida Keys. All things are turned upside down in the quiet community during a family celebration weekend when the oldest son and black sheep of the group returns.

Kyle Chandler, Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, Sam Shepard and Sissy Spacek carry the cast. Shepard and Spacek play the patriarch and matriarch, respectively, of the Rayburn family. Todd A. Kessler, Glenn Kessler and Daniel Zelman, who all co-created FX's series "Damages," seem to have another critically acclaimed show to their names.

Production on the second season of the "Bloodline" will begin later this year.
