Emma Watson has NOT cast a love spell on Prince Harry, despite a previous report.

The Australian outlet Woman's Day reported that the British royal and Watson were secretly dating and getting to know each other. Watson quickly dispelled those rumors on her Twitter.

The report said that Harry reached out to the "Harry Potter" actress when he learned about her breakup with her boyfriend Matthew Janney at the end of last year.

Harry called a few mutual friends to arrange for them to meet. He then sent her a short email saying that he would "like to get to know her." They first met in a group setting with 12 other friends, but reportedly "hit it off."

"Harry didn't want her to feel like she was put on the spot," an insider told Woman's Day. "A party also shows he's fun and not stuffy."

The insider added, "[Harry's] smitten - and it's more than Emma's looks."

Watson has met Harry's brother Prince William at a charity event for The Royal Marsden Hospital last year. William is the president of the facility. Watson has also met Harry and Williams's father, Prince Charles.
