As if pregnant Kim Kardashian hasn't had to put up with enough during her pregnancy, the reality star is being faced with a new rumor that her boyfriend cheated on her while she was carrying his child. According to Star magazine, 24-year-old Canadian model Leyla Ghobadi told the magazine that she has been in a secret romance with the 36-year-old rapper off-and-on for almost a year and posted a photo of her backstage with West to her Instagram.
She told the magazine that it all began after a July 6 concert in Atlantic City when the rapper picked he out of the crowd and invited her to have drinks with him. Supposedly, Kardashian was at the concert as well. It is not being reported whether the reality star was actually with West after his performance but according to the magazine Ghobadi declined West's attempt to get her back in his hotel room because she felt it "was too rushed."
The "Yeezus" rapper did not give up and reportedly invited the model and her friends to a concert for the next evening and gave them backstage passes. She told the magazine that this time she did accept his invitation to go back to his hotel room even though she knew he was dating Kardashian. Ghobadi claims that West told her his relationship with the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, who had not announced her pregnancy yet, was "just for publicity" and to increase his fan base."
According to the Daily Mail, Ghobadi decided to reveal West's cheating ways because she felt like Kardashian needed to know.
"This is going to destroy the Kardashian family. It's bad, it's really bad," Ghobadi told Star. "It's just embarrassing. But if I were Kim and about to have a baby, I would want to know."
After their fling in July, she said the two hooked up again in October. Two months later West announced during an Atlantic City concert that Kardashian was pregnant. According to the Daily Mail the last time West reportedly contacted Ghobadi was around the time of his birthday party, which he celebrated in New York City without his pregnant girlfriend. This time Ghobadi denied his request to meet, she told the magazine because she was well aware that Kardashian was expecting saying that she "would never do that to someone."
According to reports the reality star's reps have denied the rumors but there has been no word from West's reps.
In an interview with the New York Times, West opened up about his love for his girlfriend, becoming a father and why he wants to keep his private life out of the spotlight.
"I would do anything to protect my child or my child's mother. As simple as that," West said. "I just don't want to talk to America about my family. Like, this is my baby. This isn't America's baby."
