Just in case there aren't enough devices out there to help you take the perfect selfie, HTC is releasing an underwater selfie camera.

The new camera, called RE, is a 4-inch, L-shaped device that is completely waterproof. It turns on when you grip it, has an ultra wide-angle lens and has one button with the sole purpose of snapping pictures. You can also edit your selfies on the camera.

While most people already have a phone with a pretty advanced camera in their pockets because of the popularity of iPhones and Androids, RE is a little different, reports CNN.

The focus on the HTC-made camera is on the front camera, which faces the user, because of the increasing popularity of selfies.

"Built to capitalize on the selfie craze, RE puts its most powerful camera on the front side of the phone, so people can get the highest quality image of their face and make sure they look good at the same time," HTC said in a statement today.

Taking the selfie craze into consideration, HTC also installed a nifty feature on the device to make it much easier to snap the picture, reports Gizmodo. Instead of fiddling with the phone to hold it in a way where you can keep it in the perfect position while snapping the shot of your face, RE also has a voice- activated snap.

All you have to do is say cheese.
