A 25-year-old unidentified woman is pinning Justin Bieber as the father of her child according to Fox News.
Fox reports that in the latest issue of Star Magazine, the fan says she was seduced by the star at a T.G.I Friday's in Miami, Florida in February of 2010. Nine months after a night with one of the most loved pop stars in the world, the fan says she gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
"She just wanted to protect her baby," a source told Star Magazine. "She wanted to keep her and her family away from any spotlight. n my opinion, she does look a lot like Justin did at that same age."
The age difference between the child's mother and Bieber leaves room to question if any laws were broken. If the two actually had sex, it wouldn't be considered statutory rape because Florida law permits minors to have consensual sex with those a few years their senior.
This is the second woman to claim Bieber fathered a child as a result of a one night stand. In 2011, fan Mariah Yeater made the accusation using the same magazine as her platform. Tired of being wrongfully accused of abandoning fatherly duties, Bieber agreed to take a paternity test to which Yeater quickly retracted her accusations.
Bieber's baby-mother drama is the least of his worries. The "Boyfriend" singer is currently under investigation for reckless driving and threatening and spitting on a neighbor during a heated argument over Bieber's wild parties.
In an attempt to keep his infamous parties for making headlines, Bieber reportedly requires all party-goers to sign a legal document stating any word of what goes on at his parties or who was there and they are liable to pay up to $5 million in damages.
