Rita Ora and Calvin Harris are no longer a couple.

New York Daily News reported that the "How We Do" singer and her 30-year-old famed DJ boyfriend have ended their relationship, after dating for nearly one year. Harris confirmed rumors of the pair's split on Twitter.

"To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago," he tweeted on Friday. "She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best."

The two first stepped out as a couple in May 2013. Last month, Ora opened up to The Mirror in an interview about how tough it can be to make a long distance relationship work.

"You have to fly each other out, you just have to," she said. "Sometimes you fly for 20 hours, sometimes you only fly for five hours. It's an effort, but you make it work. I'm not a fan of long distance relationships. If you had a choice, you want that person with you. It makes me pretty sad. But you work with what you've got."

The pair collaborated on Rita's hit, "I Will Never Let You Down," which was written and produced by Calvin. Neither have gone into detail about what led to the split, but a source told The Sun that the singer was not happy with her ex for tweeting about their split.

According to the Daily Mail, the British crooner was spotted hanging out with Justin Bieber, while the DJ was previously spotted in Hollywood with multiple women. During a recording session, Ora and Bieber were reportedly "very affectionate" with one another.

Ora previously dated Rob Kardashian, who accused her of cheating on him with a lot of men while she was on tour. The singer is expected to star in the film adaptation of E.L. James' best-selling erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey," set to release Valentine's Day of 2015.
