Some Filipinos said that the way Kathryn announced their breakup was very genuine and sounded like it came truly from her heart. On the other hand, Daniel Padilla's message sounded like a combination of random poems that you can see on Google.

On Thursday, Dec. 14, many Filipino fans noticed that Deejay deleted his viral long breakup message. After seeing that Daniel's screenshot was no longer on his IG post, netizens laughed at him.

Others said that the Filipino actor removed it because of his dog named Summer, a reference to the viral interview when he was asked what loyalty meant to him.

Meanwhile, some fans posted screenshots that corrected the grammar of Daniel's long breakup message to make other netizens laugh. Aside from these, Filipino netizens also jokingly said that Deejay deleted the message because Kathryn had already seen his letter at the bottom of her refrigerator.

Because of this, many Kathniel fans started hoping to see their favorite actor and actress doing love scenes and loving each other in real life.

However, others believe that DJ only took down the breakup post because he didn't want it to be the talk when he was receiving his award during the AAA Fabulous Award.

All these theories regarding the breakup after the deletion of Daniel will remain speculation until the two actors confirm that they are dating again (if the rumors are ever true).
