The Queen of Rap, Minaj, is about to drop into the battlefield, making her grand entrance into the action-packed shooter series. According to USA Today, Activision announced that the famous rapper is coming to Call of Duty as the first-ever female operator in the giant franchise.

Minaj's operator skin will be called "Red Ruby Da Sleeze." Her character is likely to rock a Barbie-pink assault rifle, as per Polygon. In a recent tweet by Call of Duty's official account, the Queen of Rap held a bright pink rifle that matched her pink-colored hair.

The Trinidadian rapper initially partnered with "Call of Duty" last 2022, gracing the promotional campaign for the pre-order of "Modern Warfare 2." Minaj joined other prominent folks, such as Pete Davidson, Lil Baby, and Bukayo Saka.

This momentous crossover signifies a notable milestone for the gaming industry as it embraces diversity and breaks barriers. With Nicki Minaj's trailblazing presence on the virtual battlefield, female representation in gaming takes center stage, inspiring countless players worldwide.

As part of the 50 years of hip hop celebration, Snoop Dogg and 21 Savage are also hitting the battlefield in time for Season 5 of "Modern Warfare 2" and "Warzone."

Polygon notes that it is not the first instance that the "Call of Duty" franchise included peculiar characters in its stores. Famous personalities like the basketball legend Kevin Durant and the phenomenal football player Lionel Messi have previously joined the "Call of Duty" craze.

Snoop Dogg, who previously appeared in the gaming franchise, is making his much-awaited comeback to the popular shooter series for the third time. The rapper is gracing "Modern Warfare 2" and "Warzone" as an Operator. His new character carries a fancy blue and gold rifle.

IGN reports that the release date of Dogg, Minaj, and 21 Savages' skins comes alongside the Season 5 update, which rolls out on August 2. However, Activision has yet to release the price tag for these upcoming hip-hop characters. Given that it only takes a few more days before launch, the pricing details might soon show the light of day.
