Valentine’s Day 2014: Are You Facebook Friends with Your Soul Mate? MTV Asia’s ‘Match Machine’ Finds Future Lover on Social Networking Site

MTV launched a new app that picks a person's soul mate from their Facebook friends. It's part of a promotion for their new dating show, "Are You the One?" The show premieres on MTV Asia on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14 and premiered in the U.S. in January.

The online digital matchmaker goes through a person's Facebook friends and determines which one would be a perfect match. Whether you're hoping to score a last minute date for Valentine's Day or just want to check it out for fun, you can give it a try here.

Just like the typical dating shows, "Are You the One?" has a bunch of singles (10 women and 10 men) compete and try to figure out which one is their "soul mate." MTV switched things up a bit and used an "extensive matchmaking process" to pick pairs they feel would be perfect together.

The one catch? The contestants have no idea who the matchmaking service chose for them. If all 20 people pick the right partner, they get to split $1 million.

There's been a little controversy surrounding the show. According to TMZ, one of the contestants is secretly married with a newborn baby. Dre McCoy, 23, is seen on the show as the party guy who thinks he's attracting the wrong type of girls.

TMZ came across a wedding registry for McCoy and his wife, Tiffany Gore. The two married less than a year ago and recently welcomed their first child. According to the site, recent photos were posted on social media of the two smiling and wearing wedding rings and posing together at the hospital after Gore gave birth.

MTV sources told TMZ they had no idea McCoy was married. However sources close to the Atlanta native claims McCoy and Gore are separated and plan to file for divorce. Gore knows her soon-to-be ex-husband is on the show because she made an appearance.

According to Reality TV World, Gore answered questions from the female contestants about McCoy and strongly implied that she will always be his number one girl. Neither one mentioned being married or having a child together.
