Beyoncé Demands: Diva's Rider Includes $900 Straws and Red Toilet Paper?

Every celebrity has one. A list of necessities they submit to a venue prior to their arrival, in the industry it's called a rider. Some celebrities are known for their rather crazy rider demands. According to Australia's The FIX, Beyoncé's rider for her Mrs. Carter Show Word Tour has been revealed.

According to the website the 31-year-old "Single Ladies" singer is asking for things she feels will help her tour run smoothly. What is the singer asking for?

Reportedly Beyoncé is asking for $900 titanium drinking straws for her dressing room. The straws will be used for her to drink special alkaline water that's served at exactly 21 degrees. Alkaline water is said to be healthier than regular drinking water and some people feel titanium straws are better for the environment and reduce the waste of plastic.

But the star's demands don't end there. She also insists her crew-from drivers to set riggers- wear only 100 percent cotton. In her dressing room she is requesting her walls be painted an off-white color with a new toilet seat bought to every venue as well as red toilet paper.

The diva is also supposedly banning junk food back stage and only wants almonds, oatcakes and green-only crudités. After every performance Beyoncé wants to suck on a hand-carved ice-ball to cool her throat.

The R&B singer is not alone. Many other celebrities have been known to have crazy rider demands. Lady Gaga supposedly asked for a mannequin with pink pubic hair for her dressing room, unscented candles, veggie hot dogs and Red Bull light with ice. It has been reported that Taylor Swift has asked for Twizzlers, Kraft macaroni and cheese, Welch's grape juice, an avocado and Smart water to be in her dressing room.

Rihanna likes to have a leopard or cheetah throw rug on the floor of her dressing room, flowers and six candles. And singer Mariah Carey likes for her dressing room to be kept at 75 degrees and has supposedly requested Gatorade, sugar-free gum, vanilla scented candles and white roses be kept in her dressing room.
