Ever since Miley Cyrus entered the "The Voice," things have been not going well for the singing reality show. Veterans Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, both are said to be unhappy with her and they were also feuding. Levine was particularly upset with the songstress and found her absolutely obnoxious, so much so that he threatened to exit if she continues.

Well, Miley Cyrus will not be continuing as NBC has announced that she would be sitting out "The Voice" Season 12, reports Independent Journal Review. Gwen Stefani has been finalized in her place and she would be judging the show along with Blake Shelton (her boyfriend), Adam Levine, and Alicia Keys. Paul Telegdy, the reality show boss declared in a statement that they cannot wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam would bring to Season 12.

He also added that Cyrus would return for Season 13 and they are ecstatic about the coming seasons, claims TV Guide. Notably, Cyrus is the only name that has been announced for Season 13, which is scheduled to premiere next fall and one cannot help but remember the wild rumors that were circulating some time back, suggesting that Levine and Shelton have refused to judge the show with Cyrus. It was said that both have issues with the 24-year-old singer and cannot see eye to eye with her.

They had allegedly told the producers that they cannot judge along with Cyrus with Shelton even saying that she be replaced with girlfriend Stefani. Well, looks like the producers have agreed and it goes without saying that the fans of the show have also played a major role in causing the ouster of Cyrus. A few weeks back, they went about pouring their outrage on social media, saying that they would boycott "The Voice" if Shelton and Levine do not come back.

Well, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton are coming back but one does not know if they will do the same for "The Voice" Season 13. As Miley Cyrus has been confirmed, it does seem like Season 12 will prove to be the last appearance for the two singers. It is worth mentioning here that some time back it was said that Shelton and Levine are thinking of bidding goodbye to the show as they feel they have run their course.
