Pregnant Kim Kardashian has now officially reached a settlement with Kris Humphries later today, as a Los Angeles judge approved the divorce. She looked triumphant as her year-and-a-half divorce battle has come to an end.
"Yes, it's done," a source tells Us Weekly. "They realized there was no fraud and the judge urged Kris to settle. Finally it's over!"
The divorce is to become finalized once papers a prepared and singed by the parties.
The couple officially announced their split just after 72 days of marriage on October 2011. Although Kardashian wanted a clean divorce from the NBA player, Humphries instead requested for an annulment, as he claimed that she had committed fraud.
Kardashian appeared with her lawyer to the proceedings Friday morning, answered short questions from the judge and said she understood the terms of the agreement.
Humphries did not attend the hearing and was absent from April 12 settlement hearing that was meant to keep the case from going to trial.
]"[Kris is] just wasting everyone's time at this point ... The judge is furious. So disrespectful," a source told Us Weekly of Humphries' previous absence. "Kim showed up pregnant!"
However, the judge ruled his failure to appear in court "irrelevant" now that the case is settled.
