Former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential nominee, Sarah Palin, said she's writing a fitness book that will recommend comfort food and vigorous exercise.
Palin, who was a subject to public criticism recently for being too thin, wants to share her family's way of combining delicious food with hard physical activity to the masses, People Magazine reported.
"Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods," she said in an email to People.
Palin was looking less than healthy when she was spotted shopping with her younger daughter Willow in Los Angeles. Her other daughter Bristol is in the news for participating in the "Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars" competition. Palin's family is known to be involved in vigorous outdoor activities including snowmobiling, boating, hiking, hunting and fishing.
However, People said it's unclear whether Palin has inked a contract with any publishing company for the upcoming book, neither did she mention an expected date of release of the book.
