Quetta Gladiators beat Peshawar Zalmi in the first qualifying final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Friday. The one-run victory gave Gladiators direct entry into the PSL final, which will be played at Dubai International Cricket Ground on Tuesday (Feb.23).

Batting first, Gladiators managed to post a modest total of 133 on scoreboard, according to Pakistan Today. Zalmi, in reply, could manage to score only 132 in 20 overs.

"We are playing as a team, we are gelling together and the atmosphere we have in the dressing room is awesome," Gladiators skipper Ahmed Shehzad said after win against Zalmi, according to Sport360.

"Win or lose does not matter. The logo in our dressing room is no grumpy faces at all. We need to laugh whether we win or lose. Yes, we learn from our mistakes but make sure we laugh every time and enjoy this sport, which is very important," he added.
