Joe Giudice surprised his wife Teresa with a very expensive early Christmas present when she arrived home this morning after serving an 11-month prison sentence, reported E! News. He also decorated the family's lavish New Jersey home with Christmas decorations for a more festive welcome.

The day before her arrival, Joe was spotted putting some last-minute holiday touches on the family's Montville Township mansion, adding Christmas wreaths and bows, according to the Daily Mail. He was also photographed wearing a back brace as he climbed a ladder to replace bulbs in the large light fixture above the front door.

Joe was also photographed leaving the home, driving his black SUV through the front gates. He seemed to have risked being caught violating the terms of a driving ban he received earlier this year while preparing for his wife's return. The 44-year-old sat behind the wheel of his truck even after Passaic County Judge Adam E Jacobs ordered a two-year driving ban against him in April, which means Joe isn't even allowed to drive down his own driveway.

It is unclear whether Joe will be remanded for violating his driving ban, but he didn't let the terms stop him from preparing for his wife's return-including shopping for an early Christmas surprise. Joe was spotted at a New Jersey luxury car dealership, TMZ reported, and a 2016 Lexus LX570 SUV was delivered to the home late Tuesday afternoon.

The $90,000 luxury car was parked outside the family's home when Teresa arrived early this morning, E! News reported. The lavish gift was fitted with a bright red bow and when reporters asked who purchased the car for Teresa, her lawyer James Leonard Jr. joked, "Maybe Santa Claus."

Teresa enjoyed an emotional return home after serving time for fraud charges, as previously reported by HNGN. Joe is expected to report to jail in March to begin his 41-month sentence on those same charges.
