The second and penultimate One Day International (ODI) three match series between host Sri Lanka and West Indies will be played at R. Premadasa Stadium in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo on Wednesday.

Sri Lanka is eyeing a series win and Dilshan's thrilling half century in the previous game is good news for the hosts.

West Indies, which lost the rain-interrupted first ODI narrowly by one wicket, is now desperate to register a win in Sri Lanka. They have already lost two-match Test series.

"We were short a bowler and short crucial overs from a front-line bowler. We had to find some way to make up. The only way we could fight our way back into the game was by getting wickets," skipper Jason Holder said during a post match ceremony, according to Sportal.

Holder will not able to play second ODI as he was given a one match suspension for maintaining a slow run rate in first ODI, according to ICC Cricket.
