Grooms are quite notorious for being those who are not fully involved in the wedding. In fact, one of the bride's most common fear is the groom not showing up to the wedding ceremony. Just recently, this very incident happened, CBS News reported.

When grooms do show up, however, their thoughts as they watch their bride approach them while walking in the aisle are extremely interesting, according to Good Housekeeping. Here are some of the best.

1. "Don't pass out!"

Weddings are quite famous for being very taxing, after all. Plus, the fact that everyone's eyes are directed towards the groom, and he is wearing possibly the most formal suit he'll ever wear, makes passing out a very valid concern.

2. "Why is everyone turned around to look at me? Look at her! She spent all day to look like that, so look at her! I got out of the shower an hour ago!"

Yes, some grooms really do understand the efforts that go into making a woman ready for the aisle. Kudos to this guy!

3. "My god, she's beautiful. Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry ... I'm crying."

One of the most emotional responses was from this groom, who stated that he had to stop his vows for a second because he was starting to sound "like a Muppet."

4. So this is it. I've finally done it. This beautiful woman is mine. Wait, she's falling. Don't laugh - I'm laughing."

This groom's wife actually lost her balance midway through her walk. Thankfully, the bride's dad was quick on his wits, turning the trip into a "kind of dance move." Very adorable, funny, and sweet.

5. "Get out of the way people, I can't see her. I'm short."

Some of us men actually fall below the national average when it comes to height, and it is very easy for us to miss what is happening in the aisle once other people start blocking our line of sight. Move, silly guests, the groom must see his wife!

See, weddings are not just the girl's most important day. Men also consider it as one of the most important days of their lives! Pretty cool, right?
