Sean Kingston Gang Rape: ‘Beautiful Girls’ Singer Responds to Allegations of Raping Fan (READ TWEETS)

Sean Kingston is being sued by a female fan for $5 million. According to TMZ, the now 22-year-old fan has accused the singer, his bodyguard and a band member of gang raping her in his hotel room after a 2010 concert.

In the lawsuit, the girl claims she was invited to Kingston's Seattle hotel room and was forced to have sex with all three men. She says she was invited back for a meet and greet with the singer following a Justin Bieber concert where Kingston also performed.

The girl claims that when she arrived at the hotel room Kingston was naked laying on the bed and his bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of him, TMZ reports. All three men then proceeded to rape her while she was "obviously intoxicated and incapable of consent." She claims that she had smoked pot and had at least seven shots of vodka before heading up to the hotel room.

Her friend eventually came and rescued her and the police were reportedly called. TMZ reports that she was taken to the hospital and treated for "physical injuries consistent with rape." Since the alleged incident, the fan said she suffers from mood swings, panic attacks and can barely sleep.

According to the celebrity website, in 2010 charges were dropped against Kingston for the alleged rape because police didn't believe the girl was credible. Kingston has filed documents of his own saying that it was consensual sex. A trial for the lawsuit is scheduled for November.

Sean Kingston and his mom Janice Turner both took to Twitter to dismiss the allegations.

"Don't bring old stories back 2 life!! Sept 10th Back 2 life in stores... No weapon form against me shall prosper!! Smh @SeanKingston," Turner posted.

"We need new gossip not from 2010. We are in 2013. They ran out. Lmfao."

Kingston retweeted several of his mom's postings and also sent out a few of his own.
