Manchester United Vs. Chelsea Live Stream: Barclays Premier League, 8/26/13 (WATCH)

Manchester United takes on Chelsea on Monday in a Barclays Premier League matchup. The match starts at 3 p.m. ET. Tune in to NBC or watch the live stream HERE.

Manchester United manager David Moyes hosts Chelsea in his first home game since taking over in May for Sir Alex Ferguson, NBC Sports reports. Moyes said playing his first game at Old Trafford as United's manager is just one of many things he's excited for.

"There has been a lot of things I have been looking forward to - like taking the team on tour and leading them out at Wembley," Moyes told NBC Sports. "But to do it at Old Trafford for the first game against Chelsea is a thrill for me, it really is."

Moyes and his United squad started the Premier League season off well last week with a 4-1 victory over Swansea City.

Chelsea, meanwhile, is looking for its third straight win since the Premier League began. Chelsea opened the season with a 2-0 win over Hull City on Aug. 18, and then three days later went on to defeat Aston Villa, 2-1.

Based on his history against United, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is ready for anything.

"I knocked them out in the Champions League, I was knocked out by them in the Champions League," he told NBC Sports. "I have every result against them. Maybe I have won more than lost, but what playing Man United gives me is pleasure, I like it.

"Last year when Real Madrid were playing the Champions League knockout phase and everybody was in Madrid with some tension because at that early stage we have to play Man United, I was happy. I like the stadium, I like the opponent and I like the difficulty of the game."

Another storyline for the bout will be United star Wayne Rooney, who Chelsea has twice failed to acquire during the summer. Rooney's silence on the situation suggests he wants to join Chelsea, according to NBC Sports. It's uncertain if he will get the starting nod on Monday.

In 42 Premier League meetings, Chelsea has the slight upper-hand with a record of 14-13-15.
