Seattle (7-4) bounced back from their 24-20 loss at Kansas City by handing the Arizona Cardinals a 19-3 defeat on Sunday.  Seahawks safety Earl Thomas believes there was one key thing they had when playing Arizona, something they had been missing.

"Trust," he told the team website, via ESPN.  "That's what we've been missing, to be totally honest.  I think we haven't been trusting each other.  But (Sunday), it was just pureness - anytime we can keep eliminating that ego and keep realizing the real situation is bigger than one person."

Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner's return from a five-game absence due to a toe injury also helped the defensive unit.

"You saw the connection between the players, and it was awesome to see," said Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn.  "It was all hands on deck.  Maybe that's the missing ingredient that we needed."

On the offensive side of the ball, the Seahawks are hoping for a healthy Marshawn Lynch.  The running back rushed for only 82 yards on Sunday while dealing with soreness in his back.

"We'll take good care of him," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said.  "He's really smart about how he handles it.  So we'll expect that he'll be ready to go.  I know he won't want to miss this thing and he'll be ready to play."

San Francisco (7-4), meanwhile, heads into the contest looking for their fourth straight win.  The offense has struggled over the last two games, though, with the 49ers barely escaping the Washington Redskins with a 17-13 win.
