Angelina Jolie revealed photos her wedding dress and custom veil on the cover of magazines, and some fans don’t have kind words for the garments.

Jolie and husband Brad Pitt married in a private ceremony in August, which their children had a big part in the planning process. The couple told PEOPLE magazine they wanted Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Vivienne, 6, Shiloh, 8, and Knox, 6, to be involved in their special day.

"It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter," the couple told the magazine. "It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family."

Though Jolie picked her Versace gown, the children helped design her veil. Versace tailor Luigi Massi sewed on the kids’ hand drawings, according to PEOPLE.

"Luigi is like family to me and I couldn't imagine anyone else making this dress," Jolie said. "He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together."

The couple also featured their wedding photos in HELLO! magazine. The HELLO! spread gave fans a better look at Jolie’s veil. Many onlookers took to Twitter to express how they felt about Jolie’s wedding day look.
