Reality TV Star and Former Playboy Bunny Kendra Wilkinson was hospitalized Sunday after a car accident, according to US Weekly.

The 27-year old was seen heading into Providence Tarzana Medical Center early Sunday. According to a source, Wilkinson—wife of former NFL journeyman wide receiver Hank Baskett III and mother to their son Hank Baskett IV—was “really sore” and “in shock” after the crash.

After being examined by hospital physicians, she was released. Doctors determined she suffered no serious injuries.

“She was taken in earlier. She was discharged already,” a second source told US Weekly.

Wilkinson recently expressed fears about suffering injuries on the ABC reality competition “Splash.” Her concerns caused her to forego a competition and she was cut from the show.

According to the Huffington Post, Wilkinson had an intense fear of heights. She was able to conquer her fears in the first compeitition by drawing inspiration from young Hank Baskett IV. However, in the second weeks competition she could not overcome her fears. Show host Joey Lawrence had to climb the stairs to meat Wilkinson as she started walking down.

"I wish I could do it for everybody," Kendra said. "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry everybody."

In an interview with E! Online, she went into more explained her fear of heights and quitting.

"This is the first time in my life I've quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life," she said. "I start spinning, I start wanting to throw up, I'm shaking, my fingers wiggle," she explained to E! News'Terrence Jenkins."It's ilke a real thing, when my fingers wiggle-that's, like, a truth."

Wilkinson's partner, extreme skier Rory Bushfield, had been told by doctors not to compete after he suffered a ruptured eardrum during practice.
