Everyone's favorite TV Show, "Empire," is getting its own makeup line!
Covergirl announced its latest collaboration with FOX's hit show earlier this week, and the collection features limited-edition products based on four gorgeous looks inspired by the show's stars: Grace Gealey, Gabourey Sidibe, Serayah and Kaitlin Doubleday.
"Power, drama & intrigue rule the #Empire...but not your makeup bag," Covergirl captioned a photo of the four actresses. "Excited to announce that COVERGIRL has partnered with @EmpireFox on a limited-edition product collection & four stunning yet #easybreezy beauty looks inspired by the hit show's leading ladies."
Covergirl X Empire comes just in time for the return of season 2, with new episodes airing next week. Taraji P. Henson is noticeably absent from the ads, but "Empire" fans and beauty addicts still can't wait to get their hands on these products.
The collection features lip glosses in nine different shades, sheer lipsticks, blush, a shimmery four-color eyeshadow palette, a mascara called "Queen," eyeliner pencils, pressed powder, creamy and shimmery eyeshadows in tubes and a limited edition volume building mascara.
"It's a dream come true," Serayah said about being part of the cast and the "Empire" inspired makeup line. "They were both on a vision board I made before I was on the show-now it's all really happening."
The 20-year-old actress also took to Instagram to express her excitement. "You have to check out this new collection. It's amazing, I'm going to be in the store everyday just to look at the ad. Just saying," she captioned one photo. She then posted another of her reading Vogue and showing off her beautiful Covergirl ad within the magazine. "Such a dream come true, the little girl came out in me last night. Thank you so much @covergirl @voguemagazine," she wrote.
Doubleday, 31, and Gealey, 31, also reposted Covergirl's photo. "Thrilled for the phenomenal, new partnership with #Empire + @covergirl for a limited edition line," Gealey wrote.
It's unclear when the beauty collection will launch, although it's said to be very soon. "Empire" returns to FOX on Wednesday, March 30, at 9/8c.
