Beyoncé is once again giving fans a glimpse into her private life on her Tumblr page, I Am. She often shares photos from behind-the-scenes of her "Mrs. Carter Show World Tour" and post images of her family and friends.
Recently the "Grown Woman" singer shared some pictures from a luxurious vacation she took with her husband, Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy. In the shots Beyoncé flaunts her toned bikini body in a colorful two piece bikini as the "Magna Carta" rapper lounges in a shadowy shot as he takes in the scenery. In other pictures Jay Z playfully leans on Beyoncé's legs as she smiles for the camera.
Perhaps the most adorable photo is of Blue Ivy, 22 months, rocking a black, leather jacket with the words "Miss Blue Carter" written on the back.
Beyoncé and Jay Z were recently spotted at Real Food Daily, a Los Angeles restaurant that specializes in organic vegan food, E! News reports. The rapper announced on the blog Life + Times that he and his wife were embarking on a 22 day vegan challenge. He explained that they will remove all meat and animal products from their diets until Christmas Day.
"Psychologists have said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. On the 22nd day, you've found the way," he wrote. "On December 3, one day before my 44th birthday, I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!"
A source told E! that the couple was spotted at the restaurant with Solange Knowles and two other men. While there they tried a variety of different meals including organic juice, Sea Cake, Kung Pao, Lima Bean & Squash soup and a veggie wrap with mushrooms.
"The couple were sweet together, affectionate, jolly & in a positive vibe," the source said. "They were gracious, humble and excited to be there to begin their first day of their 22-day plant-based cleanse. They were also very thankful for the service."
