Heidi Klum sure outdid herself this Halloween. The sexy supermodel was completely unrecognizable at her annual Halloween bash at the Marquis Theatre in New York City. Klum dressed up as wrinkly old woman and shared the transformation process on her Twitter page.

The model is known for going all-out for Halloween and paying close attention to detail. To complete her matronly look she wore a multicolored tank, a patterned skirt, nude kitten heals, a long string of pearls and walked with a cane.

She also wore a bald cap with a gray wig, had varicose veins all over her legs, wrinkly prosthetics and a hunched spine. The getup was done by her makeup artists Bill Corso and Mike Marino, E! News reports.

She teased her fans about her costume on Twitter writing "Ok guys... here I go into the future" adding pictures that a gave glimpse at her costume. She didn't post a full shot until she was on her way to the party.

Each Halloween Klum always surprises everyone with her elaborate getups. Last year the "Project Runway" host covered her face in rhinestones and wore a giant bejeweled headdress as Cleopatra and in 2011 she was as skinless Hellraiser.

"I'd rather stay home than go out in an uninspired costume," she told Parade.com earlier in the month. "I start thinking of ideas months before Halloween, and I have an amazing team who makes the impossible possible. I don't really have a system for picking my costume each year, they kind of just come to me. It's definitely not a last-minute decision. It takes months of preparation."

She also said that she expects everyone who attends her Halloween party to also go all out for their costumes.

"I want people to strive to have a better costume than me," she said. "I want my guests to really wow me!"

Hundreds of celebrities attended the party like Bethenny Frankel as Marilyn Monroe, Victoria's Secret model Lindsay Ellingston as a sexy Sandy from "Grease" and Perez Hilton as Miley Cyrus.

June Ambrose showed up as Elizabeth I and Alexander Richards as the Cowardly Lion from the "The Wizard of Oz."
