Melanie Griffith seems to be adjusting to her newly single life perfectly fine. The 57-year-old actress is renting a stunning new bachelorette pad in Hollywood Hills, Calif., after finalizing her divorce from ex-husband Antonio Banderas in June, according to the Daily Mail. Griffith and Banderas sold their previous home together for $16 million, a record for the pricey Hancock Park area of Los Angeles.

Griffith is renting the four-bedroom house for $50,000 a month in a two-year lease. Inside, there is a home theater, basketball court and a large pool with a cabana that is nestled high in the hills above Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The house is 4,724 square feet and looks like a Mediterranean villa. The impressive piece of property is almost 100 years old, but was recently renovated. It is set behind wrought iron gates, a high wall and an even higher hedge, according to Variety.

There are a number of other high-profile residents in Griffith's new neighborhood. Orlando Bloom, Matthew Perry, Charlize Theron, Felicity Huffman and Salma Hayek all live close by.

Griffith and Banderas also own a remote compound just outside of Aspen, Colo., and a gorgeous New York City apartment that overlooks Central Park. The ex-couple put the Aspen property on the market for $9.98 million.
