Fans of "Twin Peaks" are rightfully upset that the previously promised reboot of the show, which ended 24 years ago, is now up in the air.

Thanks to reported budget negotiation issues with series co-creator David Lynch, Showtime, the network that will house the revival if it happens, is scrambling to clean up a mess.

A majority of the show's cast is also pulling for Showtime to open the checkbook to bring Lynch back into the project. Mädchen Amick posted a video on her WhoSays page that features many other of the show's stars completing the sentence "'Twin Peaks' without David Lynch is like..."

Among those in the video are Sheryl Lee, Dana Ashbrook, Sherilyn Fenn, Amick, Peggy Lipton and James Marshall. Very noticeably absent is Kyle MacLachlan, who plays main character Dale Cooper.

Lynch's "Twin Peaks" creation partner Mark Frost is still involved in the reboot. Check out the video of the show's cast pulling for Lynch's return below.
