Justin Bieber could be slapped with a lawsuit after he spit in a man's face, allegedly. According to the Daily News, the "Boyfriend" singer was at an Ohio nightclub with some friends and his bodyguards when a man was spotted taking pictures of the pop star.

The man, only known as an Ohio DJ, called a Columbus radio station to tell what happened at the club with Bieber.

"Justin Bieber spit in my face," the man said. "It was in the VIP area... two of Bieber's bouncers approached me and said I was trying to take pictures."

He said that Bieber's bouncers approached him and took his phone to search for photos but he claims that he didn't take any. The DJ said a short while later Bieber himself approached the man angry over the alleged photos. He told the station that he believes the "Baby" singer was so upset because he was partying in a 21-and-over club.

According to the Daily News, the singer was definitely in Ohio over the weekend, when the incident took place, as his "Believe" tour had scheduled stops in Columbus on Friday and Cleveland on Saturday.

"He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something, and spit in my face," the man said.

According to TMZ, the DJ is planning on filing charges. Back in March, the "Baby" singer was accused of spitting on his neighbor. The guy said he approached the 19-year-old about reckless driving and Bieber spit in his face.

This latest incident comes just days after the singer was videotaped peeing in a restaurant's mop bucket. TMZ, who released the video, said that the teen and some of his friends were leaving a New York City restaurant through the kitchen when the singer started peeing in the mop bucket used to clean the floors. It's not sure if Biebs and his friends were drunk but before leaving the kitchen he then sprayed a picture of former President Bill Clinton with cleaning fluid and said "F-k Bill Clinton."
