T Swizzle is everywhere and always in the news. The latest on Taylor Swift : she made a dying 4-year-old's wish come true.

On Monday, Swift spent 20 minutes on FaceTime with Jalene Salinas, who has terminal brain cancer, and her mom who was sitting on the sofa next to her. According to MTV UK, Swift and Salinas had a mini "Shake It Off" dance party.

Salinas was in pain, according to San Antonio's KENS5, but was happy she got to talk to the 25-year-old pop star. "I'm so sorry you're having a bad night," Swift told Salinas. "I'm so happy to talk to you though and I'm so happy you like 'Shake It Off.'"

"You look beautiful tonight, you really do," Swift continued. "You're just as pretty as your pictures."

"I got back from London and I heard about her," Swift told Salinas' mom. "It's just... unfathomable to have to watch your baby go through this."

Swift found out about Salinas by Team Taylor supporters using the hashtag #ShakeItOffJalene on social media.
