Patrick Schwarzenegger's relationship with Miley Cyrus could end up costing him millions. According to a new report, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver threatened to cancel their son's $49 million trust fund if he continues to date the "Wrecking Ball" singer.

According to Entertainment Wise, Patrick was told to break things off or he won't be able to touch a dime of the money when he turns 25.

"They are both convinced she is a negative influence on their son and are determined to end the relationship," a source told BANG Showbiz (via Entertainment Wise). "Maria especially is hoping the shock tactic of threatening to cut him off financially will scare him in to giving Miley the elbow."

Reportedly, Patrick is calling their bluff and refuses to end the romance with Cyrus. The source claims that he told his parents he'd "rather be with Miley than have the money."

"He and his mom had a huge argument during which he told her she and Arnie could stick their cash 'where the sun don't shine.' It's upsetting for Maria and Arnie because they fear Miley will lead him ashtray, then break his heart," the source told the site.

There have been conflicting reports about whether Patrick brought the pop star home over the Christmas holiday to meet Arnold and Shriver but the couple did spend New Year's Eve together.

According to reports, Cyrus and Patrick were spotted at a Britney Spears concert at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas with Arnold and his date Heather Milligan, and Sofia Vergara and her fiancé Joe Manganiello.
