Warner Bros. “Suicide Squad” movie is preparing to bring production early Spring 2015, which could mean a casting announcement is around the corner.

Global News reports director David Ayer will begin principal photography in April 2015 at Pinewood Toronto Studios in Toronto, Canada. The production will have multiple shooting locations and allegedly goes by codename “Bravo 14” when booking locations.

Will Smith, Tom Hardy, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Jai Courtney, Jon Bernthal and Jessie Eisenberg are just a few actors rumored to be joining the “Suicide Squad” production, but Warner Bros. is keeping their cast under wraps.

Variety reports Courtney is allegedly up for the role of Deadshot, Leto is being eyed for the Joker, Robbie has landed the role of Harley Quinn, while Smith and Hardy will play Captain Boomerang and Rick Flag respectively.

However, the production could also be looking into a second female villain for the film. The Latino Review recently reported the production was eyeing Cara Delevingne to play a villain. Many reports were speculating it was Harley Quinn, but Robbie has allegedly landed the role.

Unfortunately, fans will have to wait to see who will be starring in DC’s “Suicide Squad” movie, which is one of many Warner Bros. films set to premiere within the next six years. Check out the full DC slate in the list below:
