Haymitch attempts to convince Katniss of her influence on the people in Panem in the latest teaser for “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1.”

Katniss’ mentor asks Effie and Plurtarch to give him examples of how the heroine’s actions have genuinely affected them. Effie, who has no makeup and is dressed in grey outfit, is quick to share her thoughts as Katniss sits silently in the meeting room. Watch the teaser in the video below.

One of the examples Effie lists is the time Katniss sang to Rue as she died in her arms. Actress Jennifer Lawrence had to sing again during “Mockingjay Part 1.” However, Lawrence was horrified she had to sing again because she’s self conscious of her voice.

Lawrence had to sing “The Hanging Tree,” a song Suzanne Collins wrote in the novel. Director Francis Lawrence told The Radio Times (via Vanity Fair) Jennifer cried before she had to sing.

“We had a vocal coach, who sort of shifted the key for Jen’s voice. Then she started working with Jen once or twice . . . Jen didn’t really want to do too much of the training,” he laughed. “I was worried, I really thought we were going to have to do a bunch of pitch shifting, but she sounded great. What you hear in the movie is what she did on the day in the quarry.”

Jennifer ending up better than she expected, but still hasn’t heard herself sing in the film. “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1” will be released to theaters on Nov. 21.
