Death Row Records co-founder Marion "Suge" Knight and comedian Katt Williams (real name Micah Sierra Williams) were arrested on Wednesday and charged after a photographer accused the two men of stealing her camera last month.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Knight and Williams were charged with one count of robbery. The DA's office said prosecutors will ask for bail to be set at $1 million for the rap mogul and $75,000 for Williams.

EW reports that Knight was previously charged for assault with a deadly weapon so he could face up to 30 years behind bars if convicted, while Williams is looking at up to seven years in jail. Knight made headlines back in August after he was shot six times at a pre-VMA party hosted by Chris Brown.

His family members told TMZ that Knight was struck once in the arm and shot times in his stomach after shots rang out at 1OAK nightclub in West Hollywood. Knight was hospitalized and eventually released after undergoing surgery. Two other people were also shot at the party.

Williams spoke out about the shooting shortly after it happened telling TMZ that he didn't think it was gang related as some reports claimed. He also said Knight was not the intended target of the gunman.

"If you're an idiot, you can believe that this was about Suge Knight but Suge Knight has been accessible every day of his life for 20 years," he said. "We know who it was aimed at, we know whose life he saved and we know why they won't talk about it."
