One Hollywood power couple is ending their marriage after well over a decade.

In joint posts, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher have announced their divorce after 13 years of marriage.

"After a long tennis match lasting over twenty years, we are finally putting our racquets down. In 2023, we jointly filed to end our marriage," they said in statements shared on their Instagram Stories on April 5.

"We have always prioritized our privacy and have been quietly working through this change," they added.

"We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family's wish for privacy."

Fisher, 48, and Baron Cohen, 52, married in March 2010 and have had three children together.

The couple first met in 2001 at a party in Sydney, Australia, before their fame in hit films, 2006's Borat and 2005's Wedding Crashers, respectively.

People recalled Baron Cohen's 2020 interview with The New York Times, where he spoke of their first meeting.

"She was hilarious. We were at a very pretentious party, and me and her bonded over taking the mick out of the other people in the party."

"I knew instantly. I don't know if she did."

The couple would marry in 2010.

The couple has kept much of their lives private, as she believes family life is "valuable."

"I get nervous talking about it because I feel like, by not having my relationship in the public domain and not having spoken about how we met or really talked about our marriage publicly, it's remained something private and valuable to me," she shared.

"But having a shared ability to find humor in the sharpness of life is always going to bring connection. And, otherwise, I just think it's nice to keep some things for yourself."

However, there are times when Fisher does share glimpses into her world with fans and followers on Instagram. Earlier this week, she posted a photo from her "girls night at the theater" with friends Naomi Watts, Michelle Dockery, and producer Bruna Papandrea in London.

Baron Cohen has recently become a talking point after Rebel Wilson accused the actor of misconduct on the set of the 2016 film The Brothers Grimsby in her new book released on April 2.

He has strongly denied Wilson's allegations.
