Thanks to this advancement, iPhone and Apple Watch users can now become more proactive with scheduling weekly and monthly fitness routines.

Specifically, the new iOS 17 enables Apple Fitness+ users to create their own workout or meditation routines, as well as choose their instructors, music, body focus, and activity types, as reported by CNET.

When it comes to features, the new iOS 17 offers Stacks, which allows iPhone users to transition between their Apple Fitness+ plans with ease.

Another great thing about the new iOS 17 is that it added the new "Time to Walk" and "Time to Run" collections, which offer episodes featuring Goldie Hawn and Gloria Estefan.
