Taylor Swift's Eras Tour just confirmed 14 exciting additional shows in Europe and the United Kingdom (UK) in response to the skyrocketing demand for tickets.
But that's not all. The sensational pop star also shed light on a surprise opening act, confirming that Paramore is opening the Eras Tour leg in Europe.
Taylor Swift Eras Tour Adds 14 Shows in Europe, UK

As per Variety, the superstar confirms she is finally expanding her Eras Tour in Europe and the UK with 14 additional shows. Swift says, "Really [cannot] contain my excitement," announcing that they are adding 14 new shows to The Eras Tour in Europe and the UK.
The new dates include stops in Paris, Stockholm, Lisbon, Lyon, Edinburgh, Liverpool, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Milan, Gelsenkirchen, Warsaw, and Vienna.
The Eras Tour is now gracing a fourth night in Paris on May 12, 2024, whereas in Stockholm, a third night on May 19 is coming our way. The additional dates include a second night in Lisbon on May 25, a second night in Lyon on June 3, and a third night in Edinburgh, UK on June 9.
Aside from these exciting additions, Swift's Europe tour expands for a third night in Liverpool on June 13 and a sixth night in London on June 23. The Dublin stop also gets a third night on June 30, while Amsterdam has another third on July 4. Milan's second night is on July 14, and Gelsenkirchen's second and third night kicks off on July 17 and July 19. Folks in Warsaw, Poland, have a third-night option on August 1. Vienna also has an additional third show on August 8.
As Forbes reports, Swift's Eras Tour has a staggering 131 shows scheduled until it concludes on August 2024. The figures could still swell if the pop star announces more shows along the way. Pollstar estimates that the gross of the entire concert is to the tune of a record-breaking $1.4 billion.
Paramore to Open Eras Tour Europe Shows

Besides the additional Eras Tour Europe and UK shows, the sensational star confirmed who will be opening for her in her upcoming shows. Swift says, "I get to travel the world doing shows with Paramore!!"
Miss Americana has been friends with Paramore's lead vocalist Hayley Williams since they were young. In her post, Swift eagerly shares, "Hayley and I have been friends since we were teens in Nashville, and now we get to frolic around UK/Europe next summer???"
According to The Hollywood Reporter, it is not the first time Paramore graced Swift's phenomenal Eras Tour. The rock band opened the first two nights of the US Eras Tour in Arizona.
