Marilee Fiebig, the estranged wife of TJ Holmes, has issued a statement regarding a "lack of discretion" in light of rumors that the Good Morning America host is dating his co-anchor Amy Robach.
Marilee Fiebig has spoken publicly for the first time since the revelation of TJ Holmes' relationship with Amy Robach.
Even though they are married to different people, the Good Morning America hosts made news last month when photos of them looking cuddly in New York were released.

They were immediately removed from broadcast due to an internal inquiry, causing many to question their relationship. After filing for divorce from his wife of 12 years, the father was spotted kissing his colleague on a romantic trip to Miami shortly after the paperwork was supposedly filed.
Marilee has now shared her "disappointment" with her divorce attorney regarding the behavior of her estranged spouse. Attorney Stephanie Lehman told DailyMail.com, "During the holiday season and in light of the hard times, Marilee's only attention has been on the overall best interest of her nine-year-old daughter."
TJ Holmes married Marilee in 2010, and they recently celebrated their 12-year wedding anniversary. The former couple shares a nine-year-old daughter named Sabine. Their relationship was brought to light in December after TJ Holmes was spotted holding hands with Amy, who is married to Andrew Shue, as per Metro.
The castmates were photographed having a drink, holding hands in the back of a cab, and also on vacation. Following the news coverage, they were finally removed from broadcast, and an internal inquiry was conducted to determine what transpired.
According to reports, their working relationship is undergoing an internal assessment, and they will remain off-air until this is complete. On Wednesday, new photographs show the couple locking lips while sunning on the Miami shoreline. On Monday, the two were spotted out on a beer run together. During their lunch outing in Florida, Robach, 49, touched Holmes, 45, on the leg to reassure him. They laughed and kissed the entire time.
Along with her co-host, she rested on a pier railing as they walked hand-in-hand toward a beachside restaurant for lunch and beverages. Since then, the pair has returned to New York City ahead of New Year's Eve with their jobs in limbo.
Holmes has filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Marilee Fiebig, with whom he has a daughter, while Andrew Shue's kid has shared a mournful photo of himself without his stepmother, Robach. Both Robach and Holmes were calm as they spoke on their break, with the blonde GMA anchor cinching her hair up on a grip and sporting flip sandals coupled with a thin black leopard print dress.

Amy Robach's Ex-Husband Remains Silent
Per US Weekly via MSN, Andrew Shue maintains a distance between himself and his split wife, Amy Robach, in light of her scandalous connection with GMA3 cohost TJ Holmes.
After hearing about the affair, Shue, who wed Robach in 2010, removed any links to the television reporter from his Instagram account. In spite of the incident, a source said that the former Wonder Years actor and his family are "doing well, moving forward, and having the confidence to believe" despite the controversy.
Prior to his relationship with Robach, Shue was married from 1994 until 2008 to Jennifer Hageney. Prior to their separation, they added Nate, Aidan, and Wyatt to their family.
In the meanwhile, Robach married Tim McIntosh in 1996, and the couple received daughters Ava and Analise, born in 2002 and 2006, prior to their divorce in 2008. While neither Shue nor his family has commented publicly on the matter, the native of Delaware has.
