"Batman vs. Superman" has caused quite of a bit of Internet buzz since Jesse Eisenberg was revealed as the new Lex Luthor in the "Man of Steel" franchise.  However, the casting announcement might be hinting at a "Justice League" movie in the horizon

The Latino Review was one of the first movie insider websites to report sources claiming there will be two "Man of Steel" franchise films being shot in the spring/summer of 2014.  The movie gurus have since gathered all of their "Man of Steel 2" knowledge and pieced together the puzzle as they see fit for a potential "Justice League" movie:

"BvS will feature Lex Luthor and Metallo with, perhaps, a few well-placed teases of Doomsday- Maybe Lois will have a subplot, investigating weird earthquakes and tremors occurring in an area with no known fault line? While she looks into that, and eventually uncovers that the quakes are coming from Doomsday, whose awoken several miles beneath the earth within a ship that crash landed here thousands of years ago, Superman and Batman deal with Lex and Metallo. At the end of the film, Doomsday breaks free, the other members of the Justice League show up, and it ends on a cliffhanger. Then Justice League will center on a variation of the Death of Superman books."

If the Latino Review's theory were accurate, it would explain why Henry Cavill reportedly told fans at a local bar in Detroit, Mich. that he would be in the area for an upwards of ten months.  Now, it's not unusual for blockbuster movies to have ridiculously long filming schedules, but ten months of on-set production plus a release date delay are a bit curious.  It could mean they are filming the two "Man of Steel" movies back-to-back and could also explain why Ben Affleck's Batman character is expected to report onto the set until early summer.

Speaking of Affleck, the first images of the Caped Crusader's reinvented batsuit are expected to be released late February/early March, according to Batman-News.com.  Affleck's wife also dished details about her husband's batsuit.  Click here to read what the actress had to say about her first reaction to the Batman costume.
