Ben Affleck's wife Jennifer Garner seems to be the best source for "Batman vs. Superman" news these days; first she spilled the details about the Dark Knight's new batsuit and now she's leaked when her husband is slated to begin filming "Man of Steel 2".

In a recent interview with Detroit Sports 105.1, Garner told the radio station Affleck will report on set in the summer and she will be by her husband's side.

"I'll be there [Detroit] this summer... yep, all summer," Garner revealed to Detroit Sports 105.1.  "My husband [Ben Affleck] is [filming]. Batman is shooting and...or whatever it is called. I don't know what it's called...Superman with Batman, whatever it is. But he is shooting this summer, so we'll be there." (Listen to the interview here)

Garner's comment shut down rumors stating her husband was planning on dropping out of the film due to fan backlash.  Her interview with Detroit Sports is the second time she's divulged information about the upcoming "Batman vs. Superman".

During a Golden Globes red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, Garner revealed she had seen Affleck in his batsuit and explained it is nothing like she'd ever seen before.

"The suit is unbelievably cool. It's a total reinvention. It looks great," Garner told Entertainment Tonight.

The "Man of Steel 2" set will be filled with many A-list actors.  The "Batman vs. Superman" production team recently announced Jesse Eisenberg will be portraying Lex Luthor in the upcoming film.

"Lex Luthor is often considered the most notorious of Superman's rivals, his unsavory reputation preceding him since 1940," director Zack Snyder said in a statement. "What's great about Lex is that he exists beyond the confines of the stereotypical nefarious villain. He's a complicated and sophisticated character whose intellect, wealth and prominence position him as one of the few mortals able to challenge the incredible might of Superman. Having Jesse in the role allows us to explore that interesting dynamic, and also take the character in some new and unexpected directions."

Like Affleck before him, Eisenberg faced mixed reactions from fans regarding his casting news.  Many praised the choice of actor for Luthor, but others were put off and confused by the choice.  (Read more here)

Eisenberg joins Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Butler Alfred and Affleck as the Caped Crusader in the untitled "Man of Steel" sequel.

"Batman vs. Superman" will be released to theaters on May 6, 2016.
