The official logo of "Aquaman" is out as Warner Bros released the same while also announcing the beginning of shooting. Lending further information was director James Wan who shared a picture from the sets on his Twitter account.

Warner Bros released the official logo of "Aquaman" while also announcing the start of production for the movie. According to Screen Rant, the studio revealed the logo which carries the Aquaman symbol visible on the costume of the superhero and featuring a sea background. Along with the logo release, the beginning of production was also announced and Warner Bros disclosed the star cast of the film as well.

It has Jason Momoa playing "Aquaman," Amber Heard essaying Mera, Temuera Morrison playing Tom Curry, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Nicole Kidman playing Arthur's mother Atlanna, Dolph Lundgren as Nereus, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, Patrick Wilson as Orm/Ocean Master. However, there was no information regarding the plot synopsis. In fact, there was some shooting information coming from director James Wan.

Wan took to Twitter to share a picture from the first day of shooting, taking place at the Gold Coast of Queensland in Australia, USA Today claimed. He presented the snapshot of a submarine set and captioned it writing that months of intensive preparation led to the set. He also shared details of his another movie "The Nun," a spinoff based on "Conjuring" which is being produced by Wan and directed by Coring Hardy.

Wan also expressed hope that the shooting of "Aquaman" would wrap up before "The Nun." Well, fans are definitely excited to see Jason Momoa as the undersea king in his solo flick but they would get a prior glimpse in "Justice League" that will be hitting theaters this year in Nov. Fans have already seen him last year in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice."

"Aquaman" is scheduled to arrive in theaters on Dec. 21, 2018.
