"Thor: Ragnarok" trailer is out in the open and more than anyone else it is Hela (played by Cate Blanchett) who has got everyone interested as fans wants to know her back story. The other new characters have been also generating curiosity and the good part is that they have also got intriguing details.

"Thor: Ragnarok" trailer has made Hela the toast of the town as fans are hailing her and looking to find more about her. According to IGN, Hela draws inspiration from one of the characters from Norse mythology but in the Marvel Comic Universe, she is the Asgardian Goddess of Death who rules Hel, a place that houses those dead people who fall in the middle of honor and dishonor. She wields immense power and has encountered Thor as well as his family and friends in the past.

Hela is a terrifying villain blessed with superpowers. Her cloak guards her against harms and her Nightsword is another amazing arsenal. She is also capable of astral travel, hypnotization, energy projections and much more but the most formidable quality is her ability to bring back people from death. The only caveat is that she should be really willing to do it or must have a need for the same.

As for the other characters in "Thor: Ragnarok," Skurge (played by Karl Urban) is also based on Norse mythology, Comicbook has learned. He is a warrior and possesses a special axe skill. Valkyrie promises to be another interesting character. The "Thor: Ragnarok" trailer shows her marching into a battle against Hela and then falling on the ground.

The Grandmaster is played by En Dwi Gast and the actor has said that he has tried to improvise and give the character a personal spin. The Hulk might not be a fresh face but it would be exciting to watch him in "Thor: Ragnarok," being a part of the game The Grandmaster is playing. It is worth mentioning here that "Thor: Ragnarok" releases in theaters on Nov. 03, 2017.
